JR Evans joined Expansion Therapeutics in November 2021 as the Senior Director, Human Resources. He previously served as Director, Talent Acquisition at X4 Pharmaceuticals where he successfully built out the organization for all functions within General & Administrative as well as Research & Development, which is currently in a Phase III clinical trial. Prior to his position with X4, he was the Senior Business Partner with Takeda where he supported various functions within R&D during a merger and acquisition with Shire. He has more than 14 years of human resources and talent acquisition experience leading organizations through significant growth from early to late-stage development. He attended Valencia College with a focus on Business Administration.
